Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you do not love your items, return them to us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly issue you a store credit.  Please note, your return must meet our requirements below to be eligible.  Please contact us via email before returning your item, so we can make sure to handle your return correctly.  Please reference your original order number in that email and send to: Liz@crimson-closet.com.  We do not offer cash or money-back refunds. We offer store credit only. Store Credits may be used on any item we carry and have no expiration date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at Liz@crimson-closet.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you your new item.

 

RETURNS: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be issues a Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card as your refund.

 

FINAL SALE: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All accessories/jewelry are also a final sale.

 

DAMAGES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
